This large-scale data center project totals approximately 1,000,000 SF across four buildings: Two (2) 200 MW data halls and two (2) 260 MW power buildings to accommodate and support high-demand AI processing loads.

Lynk Engineers is delivering full-service MEPT design solutions for the project, which include engineering for power generation, mechanical and electrical systems, structured cabling, security system design, and acoustical analysis and design for noise mitigation.

Our sustainable design incorporates features with high energy efficiency and zero water usage, minimizing reliance and impact on public infrastructure. The generator building design incorporates reciprocating natural gas generators with BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) technology, as well as high-efficiency CHP (Combined Heat and Power) technology, which simultaneously generates useful thermal energy and achieves significant energy savings. The data center design has a closed-loop chilled water system with absorption chillers and dry coolers, resulting in zero water consumption for the cooling system. To ensure uninterrupted operations, the facility is designed with redundant backup to N+1 reliability.
