Our team provided electrical engineering design and construction administration services for this nearly 90,000-square-foot student housing complex. The project included medium-voltage electrical distribution to each building and extensive coordination with the university and other underground utility providers. The four-story residence hall houses 352 students in suite-style accommodations and includes resident advisor units, a building manager apartment, study and computer areas, kitchens, laundry facilities, and flexible gathering spaces.

Designed to foster both community and academic engagement, the complex features activity rooms, an exercise room, conference space, multiple decks and courtyards, and outdoor amenities including volleyball courts and barbecue areas. The project was designed to meet the university’s high-performance building standards and includes accessible living accommodations.
