This 80,000 SF, three-level corporate headquarters for one of Utah’s most reputable construction companies showcases its workmanship. The office building maximizes natural light and features floor-to-ceiling, glass-enclosed conference rooms and collaborative spaces, offices, and employee amenities.

Our team provided electrical engineering for the building and site, which included energy-efficient design in power systems as well as a lighting scheme. The project also included the design of audiovisual systems to accommodate meetings and training, including a large flexible-size training space which can be configured to accommodate up to 180 people. Mechanical engineering services were also provided for the project and included radiant heating and cooling systems.
