Tucson Temple
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints / Tucson, Arizona
The Tucson temple is located on seven acres of land at the base of the Catalina Mountains in Pima County, Arizona. As the electrical engineer for the project, we provided full-service electrical engineering services, including lighting and acoustical design.
The building itself is exquisite with a dome feature which is the first design of its kind for an LDS temple building. The exterior lighting elements for this temple were a challenge with very strict County “dark sky” ordinances; which our team of engineers and designers developed successful strategies to meet.
Spectrum Engineers completed this project before the merger.
