Our team is providing innovative integrated engineering design for this 100 MW data center to accommodate and support high-demand AI processing loads. The center uses 165 MW fuel cell technology and supercapacitor capacity and is designed to efficiently support Volition's mission to develop data centers that operate independently from public water and energy infrastructure.

Our full-service MEPT services for the project, which will be constructed in an existing building, include over 28,000 tons of cooling capacity through a closed-loop chilled water system that consumes zero water. To ensure operations continue without interruption, the facility is being designed with redundancy backup to N+1 reliability.

As the prime consultant, we are collaborating closely with the architect, AE Urbia, to provide seamless design. Our engineering services include power generation, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, structured cabling, security system design, and acoustical analysis and design.
