Wyndham Vacation Resorts Canyon Miners Club
Gardiner Properties / Park City, Utah
Our team provided electrical engineering and acoustical design services for Wyndham Vacation Resorts Canyon Miners Club, a 163,828-square-foot ski-in/ski-out resort at Canyons Resort in Park City, Utah. The $35 million development includes 86 luxury units, consisting of 70 standard residences and 16 presidential units, along with a restaurant, spa, meeting spaces, underground parking, and a variety of outdoor amenities.
The project required extensive coordination to integrate the new resort with an existing adjacent facility and connect building systems with surrounding site features, including ski lift access, pools, and pedestrian pathways. Our team designed an efficient electrical infrastructure that supported the resort's guest amenities while minimizing the space required for electrical rooms and simplifying long-term operations and maintenance.
In addition, our acoustical specialists developed a custom vibration and noise mitigation solution for exterior mechanical equipment by suspending condensing units on spring supports. This approach helped reduce noise transmission and enhance guest comfort throughout the property.
Spectrum Engineers completed this project before the merger.
