Position Summary

The BIM Intern provides exceptional service by drafting standard details and modeling complex projects' electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and/or technology system components.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Revit standards maintenance.

  • Updating standard details, families, and symbols.

  • Modeling of MEP systems for all types of projects.

  • Interact and work directly with BIM Managers and project team members.

  • Learn Revit MEP.

  • Complete assigned work while adhering to deadlines.

  • Evolve knowledge of drafting methods and industry standards.

  • Read and understand plans and redlines.

Education and Experience

  • Recently completed or currently pursuing a certification in BIM

  • High School Diploma

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
